Cooking the Healthy Way

Losing weight the healthy way, which in turn also improves your overall health,
should not be a chore, because you will most likely not stay with the program.
Nobody should endure a long period of time of either being hungry, feeling
deprived or eating things they do not like.

That is why I have added the Paleo cook book at the bottom of my blog.
It offers a variety of meals and will keep you interested and exited about
you weight loss program and success. without feeling deprived of the
" good things to eat".

Hope this will help I am using it and finding it very helpful I am 15 LBS
lighter and feel great.
